I've been waiting solid 5 months and they even haven't even started shipping it I tried to contact them, but they don't answer

Cool design but shipping sucks

I ored this hoodie on the 8th day of september (september 8th) and it still hasnt arrived, its december 8th rn) 4 months since ive ordered it and its barely made the label and still hasnt even shipped. Its a nice hoodie and the design and silk hood look cool but my problem is shipping, at this point its gonna be a Christmas present. (If you have any questions dm me on tiktok or insta | nowayboaa)
